Computer Clinic, Lincoln county’s leading computer and electronic device repair shop, is currently seeking self-motivated and hard working computer repair technician to join our team. This position entails serving customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices, mainly laptops, desktops and custom PC’s, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent with one-year related computer service repair or technical customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills combined with ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
– Valid Driver’s License and a form of transportation
Key Responsibilities:
– Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electronic devices
– Provide recommendations for resolving technical issues
– Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
– Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Computer Clinic service quality standards
– Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing excellent customer service

Position is part-time (20-35 hours per week) with strong possibility to grow full-time within 3-6 months. Pay varies by experience.
